Sam Wilson was our inspector for our new home and I am so entirely satisfied with his service! He was EXTREMELY thorough, he found things we wouldn’t even think to look at! He took his time and really made sure to check everything to ensure we were safe to buy this house. You can tell he really loves what he does and does it with pride! You cannot skip inspections! Just hire Sam, you will be very pleased with his services.

When I arrived Sam had just finished his inspection. He greeted me told me how he got into his career which was for his love of houses. I gottah say I have never met anyone so thorough and detailed in his walk thru and report. He showed us everything from the outside to the inside. Every appliance every nook amd cranny. He showed what he found in the the attic and crawlspaces with very detailed pictures. I was very happy with Sam and i would recommend him 10x over to anyons else that needs a house or their house checked out. Then he is your man 100% no doubt about it. The price was good too little over 400$ which for all the info I got well worth it.

Sam is the best Home Inspector I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and did more than others in respect to home inspection and ownership. He gave a lot of helpful information that is useful now and in the future. He was very accommodating with questions and took his time with me versus rushing through everything. He gave me the good, the bad, the ugly and the potential ugly. I highly recommend him for your home inspection. I will continue to use him going forward and greatly appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

Sam was a great choice as our inspector for our first home purchase! He was very thorough in his list of repairs, took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why and also the urgency/timeline of when they would need to be repaired. I felt that the cost of the inspection was reasonable for the service and peace of mind he provided. He also took the time to return and do a follow up on one of the major issues he found.
